Neon Shoes

Here is an insert shot I did for ForUs magazine's at the end of 2008. I posted this picture as a tribute to 2009's look back at the neon culture of the 80's. As fall 2009 approaches and we enter fall, the color pallet will go more monochrome. I don't think it will be Jay-z's black everything, but gray tones and dark colors will be the new neon.

Classic Newlyweds

I had a private commission for this shot. The genuine emotion given by the couple gives this photo a timeless feel.

Enroute Pinot Noir

This is a shot I did for Robb Report magazine. I just used a fishing line to hold the bottle up, one Arri w/barn door to get the pool of light and shadow, and a couple of bounce cards to get the subtle highlights.

BMW Super Bike Cover

Here is the cover for Ultimate Motorcycling (Aug/Sep 2009). Usually the magazine uses a 3/4 angle of the whole bike, but because the headlights are so distinct on this bike I chose to go a more graphic route.
